INTERMEDIATE LEVELS (GREEN – RED)
The Orange Belt Program continues the development of the students mental, physical and social abilities, while building two of life’s most important character traits, Perseverance and Confidence.
These intermediate belt levels include understanding of the beginner belts, knife self-defense, and high intensity katas. These belts include the start of light contact sparring to help better understand the concepts of defending yourself in a street fight.

BEGINNING LEVELS (WHITE – PURPLE)
This beginning program allows for the student and/or parent to see the benefits of martial arts training in life. The Purple Belt Program concentrates on developing Focus, Discipline and Respect while building a foundation for the growth of mental, physical and social abilities.
The development of the Purple Belt Program includes basic motor skills, development of basic strikes and blocks, and simple self-defense while getting started on the path to becoming a martial artist.
PROTECT
